Most of our customers are fantastic people but we do get those who take advantage of our services and file fraudulent chargebacks. We will always respond with our side and all proof of delivery. Most are reversed back in our favor but many scam artists can get around this. We have now signed up with a service that will post those fraudulent people and their personal information in a datebase that is accessed by vendors all over the internet. If you file a chargeback without first talking to the merchant that tells us you are not credible. People like this ruin it for others. We now have to have signature required on most packages due to these people. Thank you for your understanding.

I got my order the day before Christmas and just couldn't wait. I bought the "Beautiful See" and it came in less then a week. After getting my courage up and deadening the area to be injected I started and did a much better job then doctors have done in the past. With less bruising and less swelling afterwards. I'm so happy I found your site and amazing products. I'm loving my lips so far and everyone is amazed I did it myself. I am delighted with the results of my first BT treatment! Although I was very nervous about doing this myself, it was much easier than I'd thought. Thank-you so much for quick postage and excellent products. I did restylane under in the hollows of eye bags and BT in my forehead and brows 2 days ago. Today I saw my face when I was 23 (Im 36 now). I also had a scar on my cheek that was really effecting my confidence which you cant see now with the restylane filler. I used to be so ashamed of my appearance with premature ageing and scarring and now Im so happy. I can understand that practitioners need to charge a lot for liability reasons but I could not afford that and Im so grateful to be able to do it myself. Thank-you so much. (kat)

I wanted to thank you all for being so patient with me. The first time I ordered through your company I was very nervous. I had no idea what to expect and had friends telling me ' oh, it’s probably not even a real company', or 'if you do get it, it won't work', or ' it will give you botulism'. I use Latisse very successfully to regrow and maintain my eyebrows. As a man with large areas to cover, I have to consume large amounts of the medication and the cost got out of hand. I just wanted to say Thank you for these products, they are 100% legit. I was very skeptical about ordering or if the products would even work...THEY WORK WONDERS!!! thought i would drop a line to tell you that this is the third order of BT i have purchased from you. i would just like to say thanks for the fast postage and the great product. I do a great job on myself and am always pleased with the result. I have had BT from doctors before but my results are just as good if not better.
This was the first time
Australian customs checked the parcel, probably due to the large polystyrene box you shipped the product in, however, it still arrived on my doorstep which is the main thing.
Was just wondering if the box is necessary? but do realize you need to keep the product cool. just a thought.

Our reply: Yes we do need to keep it as cool as possible because we do not want air to get in. Just because it gets warm that does not mean it will go bad but we still like to error on the side of caution. During the winter months here and sending to other areas where it is also cold we send in Express Envelopes wrapped in a foil product to hold the cool temp. Thank you

I would like to say i am very pleased with the service and botox, it took only 4 days to get to england and i used the botox about 6pm last night and in the morning my frown lines between my eyes had frozen and some of the crows feet.
